Data protection notice for events<\/strong>
EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016\/679), Articles 12, 13 and 14. This privacy policy applies to events organised by the Swedish Youth of Finland, the youth organisation of the Swedish People’s Party. The regional and local branches decide for themselves how they use data from events.<\/p>\n

1. Controller of personal data<\/strong>
The Swedish Youth of Finland, the Swedish People’s Party Youth Organisation (hereinafter SU, short for Svensk Ungdom)<\/p>\n

3. Purpose of processing personal data<\/strong>
The personal data is used to make the practical arrangements for SU events and to process the related feedback.
The register contains the personal data of those who have registered for, participated in and given feedback on events organised by SU.<\/p>\n

The processing of the data is based on the consent of the data subject.<\/p>\n

4. Content of personal data in the register<\/strong>
Name, email address, address, telephone number, date of birth, special diet, accessibility requirements for the event, gender if required by a cooperation partner.<\/p>\n

Feedback on the events can be given anonymously.<\/p>\n

5. Source of personal data<\/strong>
Those who have registered for, participated in and provided feedback on an event.<\/p>\n

6. Recipients of personal data<\/strong>
SU employees who have access to the Lyyti programme and the event itself have access to the data in the register. If necessary, access to the data in the register can be restricted. <\/p>\n

Names and organisations can be transferred to other participants in the event with the permission of the person concerned. Personal data may be disclosed to organisations or other possible organisers responsible for the event’s premises and catering. <\/p>\n

In addition to the auditor, personal data related to events organised in connection with projects managed by SU may, for special reasons, be disclosed to the funding body and the project partner.<\/p>\n

Otherwise, personal data is not disclosed to parties outside SU.<\/p>\n

The programme supplier Lyyti Oy and its subcontractors providing the electronic form process data only at the request of the controller.<\/p>\n

7. Transfer of data to third countries and international organisations<\/strong>
The data is not transferred outside the EU or EEU or to international organisations. However, in the case of a meeting organised by an international organisation or a visit to countries outside the EU, it is possible. In such cases, the data subject’s consent to the transfer of personal data is sought and the data subject is informed of the risks related to possible data protection breaches.<\/p>\n

8. Retention period of personal data<\/strong>
The data is retained for two (2) years after the event has been organised. If the event is organised by a member of SU, the information on participation can be stored separately in the member register.<\/p>\n

9. Rights of the data subject<\/strong>
The data subject can cancel their registration at any time via the confirmation received by email; in the event of cancellation, the cancellation terms of the event are taken into account. The data subject may also withdraw their consent to the processing of their data by sending a free-form message to admin@su.fi or by post to SU,
Svensk Ungdom Pb 430 00101 Helsinki.<\/p>\n

The data subject has the right to:<\/p>\n

check what personal data there is about them in the register
have incorrect personal data rectified have their data removed from the register restrict the processing of the data
transfer data from one system to another.<\/p>\n

Requests should be sent by e-mail to admin@su.fi or by regular mail to Svensk Ungdom, Pb 430, 00101 Helsinki, Finland. With the reference \u2018Request for verification of data in the event register\u2019.<\/p>\n

The data subject also has the right to lodge an appeal with the Data Protection Commissioner.<\/p>\n

10. Profiling<\/strong><\/p>\n
